Before any painting begins, we move furniture to the center of each room, cover everything with plastic sheeting, and protect floors with canvas drop cloths. Light fixtures, outlets, and switch plates are removed and reinstalled cleanly.

We use Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Duration interior paints — both low-VOC formulas safe for occupied homes. Walls receive two coats minimum. Ceilings receive one to two coats depending on existing condition. Trim, doors, and detail work receive two coats with proper drying time between coats.
